Repairs
We offer repair services at your home for your PC or Mac computer. All work is carried out by an A+ and Network+ Certified Technician.
The fee for the first hour of service is £50. Each additional half-hour is £20. Prices include VAT.
YOU WILL NOT LOSE YOUR DATA. If a technician tells you that you will because the hard drive needs to be reformatted due to virus damage etc., send them away and call us. This applies to desktop and laptop machines.

Tune-up
A tune-up or a complete system restore can reinvigorate your computer without affecting your data.
Tune-up
The tune-up service is designed to optimize your computer and increase its overall speed. The process takes around two-and-a-half hours.
This service is £90. Price includes VAT.
System Restore
If your computer is very slow, or if you are experiencing random glitches, a system restore is recommended.
This service is comprehensive. There is no need to back up documents and settings beforehand.* An effective restoration service can take up to 4 hours. To do this we will need the original install disks for the operating system and for programs.
This service is £130. Price includes VAT.

Networking
A Broadband connection can be shared concurrently between 2 and 8 computers on a home network without affecting its speed and effectiveness.
Wired Home Network
A wired connection uses cabling to connect the computers to a Broadband router.
Wireless Home Network
A wireless connection offers a simpler solution that does away with the use of wires.
The standard charge for networking 2 - 4 computers, excluding equipment, is £80. Price includes VAT. A network can be a combination of wired and wireless computers.

Malware Removal
If your computer is infected with a virus and/or spyware it can be removed without losing your data.
This service is based on the hourly rate as all such infections differ. The fee for the first hour of service is £50. Each additional half-hour is £20.
